ATTENTION JACKASSES!!!!
PLEASE complete the form below to submit your picks. ALSO... at this time there will not be a confirmation email, please take a screenshot of your picks BEFORE you submit them!!!
To complete the form, in the first section…please enter your TEAM name… not your name… please make sure it is your TEAM NAME. After that, please enter your email address, and in the next section enter your mobile number - this will be used just in case there is a question with your pick and I need to contact you. Next, simply enter your six picks in the drop down boxes below. After your 6th pick is complete, simply hit the Submit Picks button. After you hit the button you will receive a confirmation message letting you know your picks have been submitted. It should look like this...

ALSO NOTE... if you need to change a pick... DO NOT RESUBMIT/ENTER THEM A SECOND TIME! If you need to make a change to one or more of your picks send me a text or call - 609-457-7681. Also... just as your other picks, any changes need to be sent to me BEFORE 1pm... NO EXCEPTIONS!!! If you do not follow this procedure and resubmit picks without letting us know, the resubmitted picks will NOT be accepted!!!! If you come across any issues, please Let Us Know !!
